Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or unsealed products.
If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a refund or store credit. In these cases, you will not be required to return opened products.
Unopened, unused and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
